Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a IE & GSD Specialist (Garment, $800, ID17890)
- Review and analyze technical documents provided by customers; calculate GSD standard minutes based on the technical specifications.
- Monitor sample sewing processes, update technical documents and standard minutes, and transfer finalized documents and data to production.
- Track KPI indicators, research sewing methods, and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and optimize standard time.
- Coordinate with the IE (Industrial Engineering) department to compare actual time with standard time, identify low-efficiency operations, and detect/eliminate waste.
Requirement
- Gender: Male/Female; Age: 25-35 years old.
- Graduate from University.
- Have 2 years of experience in IE/GSD for garment, bag, or footwear factories
- GSD certification is mandatory
- Good at English
