Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Interior Site Assistant Manager ($1400, ID 19732)
- Manage and coordinate site supervision teams for office interior fit-out projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, quality, and safety requirements.
- Directly involved in site operations when required.
- Handle on-site issues related to construction progress, quality, design changes, and coordination with subcontractors.
- Communicate and work directly with clients and stakeholders to ensure deadlines and quality commitments are met.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Lead, support, and develop team members through daily guidance and coaching.
- Monitor daily site operations and continuously improve work efficiency and accuracy.
- Report project status to management and perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirement
- Gender: Male, Age: 30-40 years old
- Graduate from University
- Have 5 years of experience in finishing construction, especially office interior fit-out projects, including 3 years in management positions
- Good at English
