Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Logistics and Warehouse Executive (Manufacturing, $1100, ID14982)
- Manage the import/export customs clearance process
- Encountering incoming and outgoing shipments
- Control the debit which is noted by Duty/Services
- Assist vendors in resolving concerns with the government and customs
- Coordinate with FWD to set up a pending 3PL shipment
- Verify the quotation (AF/OF) as asked by the sales staff
- Organize and supervise the warehouse staff to meet the needs of the fulfillment center
- Manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime
- Oversee quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and other warehouse activities
- Supervise and coordinate the logistics used to deliver goods to clients and internal locations, liaising with pilots and airline partners to guarantee timely package delivery
Requirement
- Male/Female. 25-35 years old
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant major
- Have 3-5 relevant experiences in a manufacturing company
- Experince in using SAP software
- Fluent in English
