1. Management & Strategy (20%)
  • Develop and implement MICE business strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage, train, and develop the MICE team (supervisors, consultants, operations).
  • Allocate resources, plan budgets, and monitor the P&L performance of the MICE segment.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, suppliers, and industry associations.
2. Execution & Service Quality Control (50%)
  • Oversee end-to-end MICE project execution (proposal, contracting, logistics, and post-event review).
  • Monitor project progress, costs, service quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Handle incidents and provide timely, effective solutions.
  • Support the team on complex or key MICE projects.
  • Apply digital tools (project management systems, real-time feedback, automation) to improve operational efficiency.
3. Client & Market Development (30%)
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing MICE clients (focus on retention and long-term cooperation).
  • Develop new corporate and institutional clients.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team on marketing, networking, and bidding activities.
  • Propose new MICE products, services, and package solutions.
  • Report business performance and market insights to the Commercial Director.

Requirement

  • Male/Female, 28 – 35 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Events Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in MICE or travel industry, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate events, incentive trips, conferences, and exhibitions.
  • Familiar with MICE trends such as green events, hybrid/virtual formats, and digital operation management.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Additional languages are an advantage.
