Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Primary Principal (Open for Expat, $7000, ID14969)
- Provide a synopsis of the Primary curriculum, including grades and subjects.
- Create a program structure for every grade; create the topic curriculum; create the schedule for the school year; and designate specialized divisions.
- Assume accountability for the education and training outcomes achieved by primary school pupils.
- Provide training courses on instructional strategies, classroom administration, lesson planning, individual objectives, documentation, and the use of electronic grade books for educators.
- Create standardized lesson plans for each topic.
- Complete the paperwork, criteria, and process for teacher evaluation.
Requirement
- Male/Female. Age: 35-50 years old
- Masters’ degree in Educational Leadership or related field.
- At least 5 years of Primary classroom teaching experience in a formal K-12 school including 3 years of school leadership
- Native English speaker
