Job Description
Salary up to $1400/month awaits! We are recruiting a Product Manager (Measuring Instruments, ID 19747) for a foreign-invested company:
Management and Marketing Expertise
- Provide sales support through exhibitions, seminars, customer visits, and product promotion; develop cross-selling marketing plans with distributors and expand the customer base.
- Organize monthly internal Sales & Marketing meetings as well as meetings with partners.
- Plan and conduct service and maintenance training programs for existing customers.
- Plan the establishment of an analytical and measurement laboratory, including regulatory review, license acquisition, and laboratory design aligned with market demand.
- Support other staff in maintaining and strengthening relationships with all Shimadzu customers, local partners, and end users.
Market Research and Development
- Analyze market share of analytical and measuring products in Vietnam to develop annual sales promotion action plans, product lines, related products, target markets, and promotion and training programs.
- Conduct competitor and product analysis to train staff and ensure up-to-date market knowledge.
- Develop plans to expand existing markets by entering untapped areas and assigning responsibilities to staff.
- Identify market needs and propose initiatives, including participation in relevant standardization meetings.
Sales Promotion Performance
- Achieve annual and semi-annual personal targets and objectives as approved by the General Director for performance management and evaluation.
- Collaborate with distributors to meet assigned annual and semi-annual goals, including order forecasting, sales targets, and budget management across departments.
- Monitor and follow up on purchase orders from distributors in Vietnam, ensuring effective control of delivery lead times.
Customer Satisfaction
- Ensure thorough understanding and implementation of customer satisfaction criteria.
- Support distributor-executed sales contracts in compliance with company and customer requirements through effective judgment and management (e.g. technical configurations, specifications, after-sales service, and applications).
- Develop customer care plans through regular communication and engagement with end users to strengthen Shimadzu’s sales, marketing image, and after-sales service quality.
Partner Management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with local partners to support company objectives and minimize cooperation risks.
Overseas Sales Coordination (Point of Contact)
- Maintain strong working relationships with overseas offices to support sales and service activities, including Shimadzu Corporation, the International Operations Department (IOD), Shimadzu Asia Pacific, and other subsidiaries.
Requirement
- Male/Female. Age: 28-45 years old
- University degree or higher in the following majors: Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Science & Chemistry, Electrical – Electronics & Engineering, Science – Technology
- Have 5 years of experience in technical sales in Analytical & Measuring Instruments, including 02 years of management experience.
- Good at English
