Job Description
Our client is a foreign invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Production Manager (Furniture, Open for Expats, 5000$, ID 8602):
- Establish and implement management principles and procedures
- Supervise and establish all QC / QA training and development
- Establish Product manufacturing procedures and operations, including ongoing monitoring of all orders to company standards
- Overall management of the production process, including order management and arrange staffs to establish the timely processing and fulfilling of orders signed.
- Implement and oversee the internal control system, production quality management, quantity management, material and tools management.
- Work regularly and closely with all suppliers to ensure their production schedules are adhered to and on-time delivery to customers.
- Lead the QC team daily to check the order related issues at the suppliers to ensure that the approved standards are met.
- Work closely with the planning team to ensure on-time delivery schedule and promptly handle issues related to the signed deadline.
- Responsible for plant and suppliers management, training & development operation effectively and safety.
- Any additional duties / commitments required and agreed upon.
Requirement
- Male/Female; Ages: 35 - 50 years old
- Graduated from university/college with major in industrial management/engineering/business management or related fields
- At least 05 years experience at the same position in foreign wood/furniture manufacturing company.
- Strong knowledge and experience in wood or furniture industry (outdoor is preferred)
- Good command of English
