Job Description
Our customer is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Production Supervisor (Japanese & English, $1550, ID20089)
- Manage and oversee production operations, ensuring all processes are executed in compliance with established procedures, meet quality standards, and adhere to production schedules.
- Identify and resolve issues related to product quality, machinery performance, and workforce management in a timely manner.
- Establish and maintain a safe, efficient, and positive working environment in accordance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manpower, materials, and machinery utilization, enhancing productivity while reducing operational costs.
- Coordinate and maintain effective communication with the parent company to ensure alignment and timely information exchange.
Requirement
- Male candidate, under 40 years of age.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or other related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in a Production Manager or Assistant Production Manager role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in both Japanese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a business setting.
