Job Description
Dream Job Alert! Become a Production Supervisor (Welding, ID 19433) at a foreign-invested company and earn $1.000/month:
- Issue and manage production drawings for assigned areas (assembly, finishing, and packaging) and ensure all drawings and documentation are returned to the office after each Manufacturing Order (MO).
- Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with production planning and other departments to ensure smooth material and component flow.
- Implement production schedules to meet committed delivery timelines.
- Supervise daily operations to achieve product specifications, maintain high-quality standards, and optimize labor and material usage.
- Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, materials, consumables, and equipment to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
- Supervise team leaders and workers to maintain workplace organization, cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and safety compliance.
- Continuously improve workflow, organization, and control systems within assigned areas.
- Create, update, and maintain work instructions for assigned processes to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Plan, monitor, and evaluate training programs for team members to enhance competency and technical skills.
- Investigate, report, and support corrective and preventive actions related to Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).
- Design and improve jigs, fixtures, and tools to support accurate and efficient fabrication, assembly, and packaging.
- Record and verify actual production time for Bill of Materials (BOM) as required by MO.
- Monitor container loading to ensure correct quantity, product protection, and adherence to packing lists.
Requirement
- Male, aged 30–<40.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Welding Technology (College degree acceptable).
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production or Welding Supervisor in a stainless-steel or metal fabrication manufacturing environment.
- Good English communication (verbal and written) – able to communicate with foreign customers when required.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and familiar with AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Willing to work overtime 3–4 times per week (OT compensation provided).
