Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Purchasing Supervisior (Packaging, $1200, ID14974)

• Supervise the sleeves and prefold orders placed by the group.
• Plan and prepare the official orders for sleeves and prefolds that are sent to the supplier.
• Create the carton boxes' labels.
• Manage and keep track of the sleeves and prefolds' progress, involving exporting and recording the sleeves and prefolds at Viindoo and other tasks.
• Regularly update the relevant organizations on the prefold and sleeve status.
• Collaborate with the suppliers to resolve any concerns pertaining to sleeves and prefolds that may arise.
• Assist the logistics group in making sure sleeves and prefolds arrive at the warehouse on time.
• In charge of the prefold and sleeve quotes
• Resolving customer issues and complaints regarding SLs and PFs
• Recognize the effects (both financial and volume) and interactions between supply chain activities on the plan for sleeve creation and ensure that this is implemented in day-to-day operations.
• Work with QC to conduct QC programs and guarantee the products meet standards for quality (correct color, code, and size) when it comes to sleeve and prefold manufacturing.
• Working with the team to discuss the prefold and sleeve standards

• Male/Female. Under 40 years old
• Graduated from university majoring in economics or business administration
• Have 5 years of purchasing experience at a packaging factory
• Fluent in English (4 skills)
