Dream Job Alert! $1400/month salary awaits! We're hiring a QA Manager (Garment, ID17962) for a foreign investment company
- Be responsible for the quality of garments prior to shipment.
- Manage the overall input and output quality of products, including outsourced goods.
- Implement labor regulations, hygiene, and occupational safety in accordance with the company's rules.
- Communicate with the Factory and the Business Planning Department regarding the quality status of each order to support production planning, supplementary materials, etc., and provide information on inspection progress to support shipment schedules.
- Be responsible for motivating and urging staff to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Report to the General Director on the product quality of each style on a weekly basis.
- Implement and operate ISO and SA systems for all staff in the Quality Management Department.
- Organize and supervise product inspection and testing according to product inspection and testing procedures. Control defective products in accordance with the procedure for non-conforming product control and follow the Quality Management Department’s work instructions.
- Train QA-QC staff to ensure the successful execution of assigned tasks
Requirement
- Female, 30- 45 years old
- Graduated from a College of Garment Technology or higher
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a QA Manager in a garment manufacturing company specializing in exports to European and U.S. markets.
- Good at English
