Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Sales Engineer (Mechanical, 900$, ID19724)
- Drive revenue growth and profitability with Key Accounts (both Customers and Distributors) by formulating and executing tailored strategies.
- Develop business plans for Key Accounts that align with overall strategy to meet sales and profit objectives.
- Present and promote products and technologies through effective presentations.
- Provide technical assistance and resolve issues when required.
- Promote the full range of products and services to designated Key Accounts.
- Acquire new customers through social media, market intelligence, and direct field visits.
- Identify both new and existing customer requirements, propose suitable solutions, and follow up to secure purchase orders.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by understanding their needs, tracking equipment usage, service cycles, and market dynamics.
- Conduct research and prepare reports on sales performance, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Manage sales negotiations and project contracts in collaboration with the Sales Support team.
- Handle customer quality claims by conducting investigations under the Manager’s guidance, negotiating with clients as needed, and reporting back the results.
Requirement
- Male/Female, under 30 years old
- Bachelor degree in engineering or related
- At least 03 years of technical sales experience in the Mechanical/Automation field
- Good at English
