Job Description
• Business Strategy Development: Set quarterly/annual sales and profit targets; develop market expansion plans for the uniform segment, with a strong focus on B2B and large corporate clients.
• B2B Client Acquisition & Development: Proactively identify and approach potential partners (banks, schools, factories, etc.); build and maintain long-term relationships with key strategic clients.
• Sales & Tender Process Management: Manage quotation processes and participate in tendering for uniform projects; prepare, negotiate, and finalize contracts.
• Production Coordination & Quality Assurance: Collaborate with Design (R&D) and Production/Technical teams to ensure product design, fabric quality, and stitching meet agreed standards, and that deliveries are on schedule.
• Complaint Handling & Customer Care: Receive and resolve issues related to orders, product quality, and after-sales customer complaints.
• Reporting & Analysis: Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, conduct competitor research, and report directly to the Board of Directors; train, develop, and retain a high-performing sales team while fostering a premium brand-oriented working culture.
Requirement
- Male/Female, over 30 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion, or related fields
- 2–5 years of experience in sales of uniforms, garments, or industrial catering services
- Good command of English is preferred for work purposes
