Job Description
- Direct human resources and proactively establish execution plans for technical profiles and documentation received from clients.
- Lead the technical team to execute product development functions in strict accordance with established standard operating procedures.
- Apply state-of-the-art technical solutions and continuous improvement methodologies to daily technical operations.
- Ensure comprehensive training and capability development programs are delivered to key personnel.
- Drive collaborative communication and synergy with external clients and internal cross-functional departments (Strategic Planning, Procurement, Production, etc.).
- Ensure high readiness and implementation of succession planning programs.

Requirement
- Male or Female; Age: Between 30 and 45 years old.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher majoring in Garment Technology.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in an equivalent leadership role within garment manufacturing plants.
- Technical Competency: Proven practical experience in handling technical communications and resolutions directly with clients.
- Fluent in English across all 4 skills (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing).
