Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Technical Sales Executive (Plastic, $1000, ID 19965):
- Strategic Account Management: Take full ownership of a designated customer portfolio, ensuring the successful execution of sales plans and achieving consistently high service levels to meet revenue targets.
- Business Development: Systematically screen, identify, and cultivate new business opportunities. Proactively convert prospects into long-term partners in alignment with the company’s expansion strategy.
- Sales Cycle Coordination: Manage the end-to-end sales process, including contract negotiations, order fulfillment, product development initiatives, and dedicated customer support.
- Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for client feedback and complaints, ensuring swift resolution and high levels of satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence & Analysis: Collect, report, and analyze field data regarding current and future market trends. Provide actionable insights to enhance market penetration and competitive positioning.
- Process Optimization: Continuously suggest and implement improvements to streamline internal workflows, maximize sales revenue, and elevate the overall customer experience.
- Strategic Support: Provide direct assistance to the Commercial Manager and Board of Directors on high-priority projects and team initiatives.
- Compliance: Ensure all commercial activities strictly adhere to internal corporate policies and external legal regulations.
Requirement
- Male/Female. Under 35 years old.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Engineering, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in the plastics or resin industry, with a proven track record of managing clients in Plastic Injection Molding, Automotive Parts, or Home Appliances.
- Deep understanding and practical experience in the plastics market.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficient in MS Office.
