Job Description

  1. Admin work.
  • Pick up the phone and record caller information.
  • Buy drinking water, stationery...
  • Keep track of labor contracts, office rental contracts, etc….
  • Other tasks as assigned by superiors
  1. Accounting work.
  • Track daily timsheet, annual leave and calculate employee salaries.
  • Track and make requests to pay monthly expenditure
  • Check and arrange invoices and related documents
  • Check and collect bank transactions
  • Monthly profit and loss report
  • Issue invoices
  • Report increase or decrease in social insurance.
  • Check VAT, PIT, CIT reports...
  • Other tasks as assigned by superiors
  • (The company has accounting services to support reports, the accountant's job is to check and compare the accuracy with the accounting service company)


- Graduate from University - Bachelor
(Business Administration, accounting, banking-finance)
- Self-motivated and independent 
- Can-do attitude, Able to work under high pressure, Goal oriented
- Enthusiastic, Active, Energetic and Eager to learn
- Use English in work
- Can use basic MS Office (Power point, Word, Excel)

Working Place:  118 Huynh Tan Phat, Tan Thuan Tay, D7, HCMC.

Working Time : 8:00 – 17:00 (Monday – Friday ) -(District 7)
                            8:00 – 12:00 (Saturday)
